What is dynamic coaching?

It is a wide, wise and wild space of experimentation and exploration that helps you access endless creativity in how you think about yourself and the world, transform your stories into something more life-giving, and make healing medicine of your old wounds.

It’s a dynamic living lab of inspired view points, a letting go of normal perspectives, and working with things on multiple levels.

It is a field of myths, archetypes, ritual, prayer, and art in service of liberation.

It is a space to honor and metabolize a story or life experience, navigate a threshold, crossroads or life transition, or embody the next level of your Soul.

“To begin healing, stop kidding yourself that a little feel-good of the wrong sort will take care of a broken leg. Tell the truth about your wound, and then you will get a truthful picture of the remedy to apply to it. Don’t pack whatever is easiest or most available into the emptiness. Hold out for the right medicine. You will recognize it because it will make your life stronger rather than weaker.” ~Clarissa Pinkola Estes

We are born with so much richness and dimensionality and for many of us it gets lost over time – through conditioning, lack of encouragement, disparaging parents, teachers, and clergy, or through the traumas of life – but we cannot be truly whole until we reclaim the gems we came into this life with and rediscover the fullness of who we are.

My commitment is to show up as a solid, loving presence, and sacred witness to your process, and encourage you to be the most enlivened and liberated expression of yourself possible.

Dynamic Coaching is available in 1, 3 and 6 month packages.  *I welcome individuals who have the readiness and maturity to engage in this process of self-discovery and growth, and am available worldwide via Phone, Skype, FaceTime and Google Hangout.

If you’re ready to get started

“I will not die an unlived life.  I will not live in fear of falling or catching fire.  I choose to inhabit my days, to allow my living to open me, to make me less afraid, more accessible; to loosen my heart until it becomes a wing, a torch, a promise.  I choose to risk my significance,
to live so that which came to me as seed goes to the next as blossom, and that which came to me as blossom, goes on as fruit.” ~Dawna Markova
